Settled Concrete Patio
The concrete here was dealing with severe settlement. This is where the new decking was going to be added, and so the concrete had to be lifted back up to a level position in order to create a safe and presentable patio.
Uneven Concrete Deck
The surface of the concrete patio was in good condition. However, it was not fully supported underneath, and so as voids formed and grew, the concrete became uneven and dangerous.
Concrete Leveling
Our team was successful in lifting this section of the patio back a level position, without having to tear out any existing concrete. The patio was now even with the new decking and free of any trip hazards.
Stabilizing the Concrete
In some sections of the patio where there was not much settlement, the homeowner opted to protect his concrete by stabilizing it before it shifted or settled. PolyLevel was injected in areas like this in order to fill any voids and prevent it from sinking or cracking in the future.
PolyLevel Injection
The PolyLevel injection process is clean and efficient, leaving behind only small port holes that are sealed and blended into the existing concrete.
