A homeowner from Salem, Massachusetts had a drainage issue in their basement due to a previously installed system by a now-defunct company. To resolve this issue, they contacted EFS, which uses the same Basement Systems products. Our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, met with them to assess the situation and recommended installing a new sump pump and drainage in the affected area. The Installation Team, led by Branden Edwards, then chipped out the concrete in the basement and proceeded to install perimeter drainage, a sump pump, and a feed line. A total of 18' of WaterGuard and 25' of Feed Line were installed to collect any water that enters the basement. The team also installed the TripleSafe system, which was then fed to the exterior using IceGuard to prevent any blockage or water backup. After covering the drainage with concrete, a SaniDry was installed to regulate the moisture levels. The homeowner was satisfied with the results and can now rest easy without worrying about water entering their basement.
