Photo Album: Foundation Cracks in Two Year Old Home, Woburn, MA
A resident of Woburn, Massachusetts constructed their home two years ago and noticed some cracks in the foundation during the building process. Although they decided not to repair them at that time, they recently reached out to EFS for a free basement inspection. Design Specialist Liam FitzPatrick joined the homeowners on a walkthrough and suggested installing 4 FlexiSpans to seal the foundation cracks. Our team, led by Branden Edwards, successfully installed FlexiSpan to the four cracks on the foundation wall. This solution will effectively prevent water from entering the basement while also covering the cracks. The homeowners were extremely satisfied with the project's outcome.
