Photo Album: Cracking and Flaking Concrete Making Garage Unsightly, New London, NH
A homeowner in New London, New Hampshire, has lived in their home since 2006. Since they purchased the home they have noticed the garage floors were cracking and flaking. The homeowners wanted to find a solution that would improve the aesthetic of the garage. Additionally, the homeowners noticed a crack in their foundation wall that has been leaking water that they would like repaired. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage and basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended repairing the cracks in the garage by using NexusPro, then installing DecoShield over the garage slab, then lastly installing Flexispan over the crack in the basement that was allowing water into the basement.
Our installation team began by sealing the cracks with 70' of NexusPro. Once the cracks were sealed the team then installed our concrete resurface product DecoShield. After the Nexus and DecoShield were installed the team then installed the FlexiSpan over the crack in the basement to prevent water from entering the basement.
