Photo Album: Fix Water Proofing in Basement Before Selling Home, Concord, MA
A homeowner in Concord, Massachusetts, was planning on selling their home in the next few months and wanted to fix the waterproofing system in the basement to make the home more appealing. The homeowners reached out to EFS and our Design Specialist Jared met with the homeowner. Jared recommended installing Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, and a TripleSafe into the basement to keep their basement dry all of the time.
Our team first began by installing our Drainage Matting which will act as a barrier between the floor and allow water to travel underneath it. Next, the team will then cover the Drainage Matting with CleanSpace to prevent any moisture from penetrating through it and into the basement. After those were installed the team lastly installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump into the lowest corner of the basement to collect any water that attempted to enter the basement.
With this new system installed in the basement, the homeowner won't have any issues selling their home.

The team installed the new sump pump in the lowest corner of the basement to collect and pump out any water that tried to enter the basement.
