Photo Album: Water Leaking into Basement from Corners, Candia, NH
A homeowner in Candia, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for the past 20 years and about 10 years ago started to notice water entering their basement from the corner of the basement. They used an off-the-shelf product that worked for a couple of years but the homeowner wanted to use a permanent solution. The homeowner reached out to EFS and our Design Specialist Victor met with the homeowner and recommended using crack injection to seal the cracks in the two corners of the basement.
Our installation team used our Injection Crack Sealant to inject foam into the cracks to prevent water from coming into the basement. The crack injection was done in only a couple of steps. First, we install our outer layer and our injection ports over where the crack was located. After the outer layer was cured, the team then used our crack injection to inject it through the ports and into the cracks. After the injection has expanded and set the the crack cannot leak.

There are 2 cracks in the basement. They both are in different corners.
