Photo Album: Inground Pool Patio Repair, Wakefield, MA
The concrete surrounding this inground pool in Wakefield, MA had been in poor shape for several years, and the homeowner decided to fix it before conditions could get worse. The liner on the inside was going to be replaced, and they also wanted the concrete deck to be repaired and safe.
Our team installed PolyLevel, a form of slab jacking, beneath the various sections of sunken concrete in order to lift and stabilize it. All the joints and cracks were also sealed with NexusPro, a silicone based caulking, in order to prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete and eroding away soil.
Repairs took a single day, and the homeowner now has a safe, stable concrete deck around her pool for years to come.
Lifted and Leveled Concrete
Water used to collect in unwanted areas. With the concrete leveled this will no longer be a concern. The joints are also all sealed with NexusPro so that water does not flow beneath the concrete.
