A homeowner in Groveland, Massachusetts, had cracks in their pool deck that they wanted to address. The homeowner was planning on selling their home in the near future so they wanted to make sure the pool deck was in good condition for the next homeowner. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and we recommended installing NexusPro and SealantPro to address the cracks on the pool deck and then seal the entire deck for the next homeowner.
Our team used NexusPro to seal the 18' of cracks around the pool deck. The Nexus was installed into each crack to make sure that any couldn't make its way under the pool deck to make further issues with the concrete. After the cracks were sealed the team then used our SealantPro to protect and seal the remainder of the concrete around the pool. The transparent spray will prevent water from seeping into the concrete.
