These homeowners in Merrimack, NH were concerned with the many cracks that had formed in their concrete garage slab. Some were sunken more than others, and overall the garage floor was unsightly and full of trip hazards.
Our design specialist, Victor Tapia, proposed a PolyLevel and NexusPro system to lift, level, and stabilize the garage floor. With this repair method, no removal of existing concrete would be necessary, and there is minimal demolition. The homeowners were pleased to here the problem could be fixed, and happy to know it would not be an extremely messy project.
Concrete repair specialist, Tyler Oslizlo, was the crew lead and managed all the repairs. This photo album highlights how he and his team successfully lifted and stabilized all the sunken areas of concrete within the garage. Once leveled, the cracks were all sealed to prevent water from flowing beneath and causing more erosion to the soil or damage. With a stable concrete floor with no trip hazards, these homeowners have improved the quality of their life and no longer have concerns with their garage floor.
