Photo Album: Stabilize Floor System of Old Home, Milford, NH
A homeowner in Milford, New Hampshire, has concerns with their floor system. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the dirt basement. Our Design Specialist Nate Erickson inspected the basement of the home and recommended installing SmartJacks into the basement to add support to the floor system of the old home.
Our Installation team installed a total of 7 SmartJacks into the basement. 4 SJs under a Supplemental beam and 3 more SJs under the main beam. Once installed the team adjusted the top of the SmartJacks to make sure the floor was leveled and stabilized.
