A homeowner in Hampton, New Hampshire, has lived in their home since 2018. Since they moved into the home they have noticed some foundation settlement. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Jason inspected the home. Jason recommended installing Push Piers around the foundation of the home to prevent the home from further settlement. Jason recommended a total of 30 Push Piers to stop the settlement of the foundation.
Our Installation team began by exposing the footing around the home where they could install the Push Pier Brackets. After all of the brackets were installed the team then began sending 3' sections of piers into the soil under the home using a hydraulic press. Once sufficient pressure is achieved the team will cap each bracket and backfill them. The team repeated this process until all of the piers were installed.
