Photo Album: Basement Was Damp and Flooding, Burlington, MA
This homeowner in Burlington, Massachusetts, had their basement flooding and having excessive moisture from time to time. They wanted to have their problem looks at by a reputable company in their area. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended replacing their old sump pump with our bigger TripleSafe sump pump that has three pumps inside.
Our Installation Team began by removing the old sump pump. Once removed, the team had to increase the size of the basin so we could fit our bigger and better sump pump. The team fit the TripleSafe into the basin and plumbed the TripleSafe to the exterior of the home where we installed the IceGuard and Exterior Drainage Line to send water away from the home. After the TripleSafe was plumbed the team mixed up concrete to pour around the basin and lock it into place.
