A homeowner in Contoocook, New Hampshire, built their home in 2019. Almost immediately after finishing the home, they started to notice the concrete in the garage starting to sink. Over the past 4 years, they have seen the slab sink lower and lower. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage slab. Our Design Specialist Isaac recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro into the garage to lift and level the slab and seal the control joints.
Our installation team began by drilling injection port holes so our team could send the PolyLevel beneath the slab. The team drilled the port holes in a grid pattern around the garage so we could lift the slab without cracking it. Once the team began injecting PolyLevel beneath the slab, they first filled any void under the slab and then proceeded to lift the slab. The team made sure each section of concrete was level before plugging all of the injection port holes with universal concrete and then using NexusPro to seal the control joints around the garage.
