Photo Album: Front Stair Replacement, Haverhill, MA

The owner of a rental property in Haverhill, Massachusetts, had a set of stairs at the front of their building that has been continuously deteriorating over the past 5 years. The owner decided they would like to have the stairs replaced. The owner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a new set of stairs at the front of their building. Our Design Specialist wrote down the specification of the current stairs so they could order the new set of stairs.  Our installation team set up a delivery of the precast set of stairs from our dealer and they brought them to the rental property in Haverhill. Before the stairs arrived our team removed the old set of stairs and installed our base that will keep the stair level and prevent them from sinking. The team then waited for the delivery truck to arrive and the team then used the crane on the truck to install the stairs into place. The team made sure that the stairs were level, then lastly they installed the hand railings and showed the owner the final installation.
