Photo Album: Water Seeping Through Fieldstone Foundation Wall, Bedford, NH
A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for the past 7 years. Since they moved into the home they have noticed water entering through the fieldstone wall in the basement. The homeowner would like to find a solution to this problem so they call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist Victor recommended installing WaterGuard, TrenchLock, and CleanSpace in the basement to prevent water from collecting on the basement floor.
Our installation team began by chipping out the concrete along the wall and around the water heater. Before installing the drainage system, the team first installed the CleanSpace on the wall and tied it into the trench they made for the WaterGuard. Next, the team then installed the WaterGuard and TrenchLock along the wall and around the water heater. After the team installed the drainage, they mixed up some concrete to lay over the WaterGuard and around the TrenchLock to lock them in place.
