Photo Album: Home Deemed as Structural Failure, Rochester, NH
A home in Rochester, New Hampshire, purchased their 2004 home in 2016. A couple of years after purchasing the home they noticed cracks forming in the slab in the garage and on their interior walls. A structural engineer looked at the foundation of the home and they deemed the home as a structural failure. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist Victor inspected the home and its foundation and recommended using a combination of Push Piers, and PolyLevel to repair the foundation of the home.
Our team installed Push Piers around the interior of the garage and then more Push Piers to the foundation surrounding the homeowner's great room. The team was able to stabilize the foundation of the home and prevent the foundation from completely failing. With the Piers installed around the home, the team then used PolyLevel to add Frost Mitigation and fill the void under the garage slab.
The solution the EFS was able to install saved this home from an imminent collapse.
