After 40 years of dealing with water in their basement, the homeowners reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist Victor recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement to permanently stop water from entering the basement.
Our team installed 32' of WaterGuard at the base of the wall in the area where water was entering the basement. Next, the team installed the TripleSafe sump pump and integrated it into the WaterGuard. Once integrated, the team then plumbed the TripleSafe to the outside of the home. When outside the team installed our IceGuard and exterior drainage line, a system designed to not freeze during the colder months. Lastly, the team installed a SaniDry dehumidifier which drained directly into the sump pump basin, making it a hassle free system for the homeowner.
