The owner of a commercial storage unit business in Peabody, Massachusetts, had water seeping into some of their customers' storage units. The owners and staff have received complaints for the past two years and want to eliminate the problem. The owner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their building. Our Design Specialist Tom recommended installing WaterGuard, CleanSpace, TripleSafe, and IceGuard on the front interior wall of the commercial building.
Our production team installed 242' of WaterGuard and CleanSpace onto the front interior wall of the building. They also installed 3 TripleSafe sumps across the 200' wall to pump out all of the water collected by CleanSpace and WaterGuard.
