Photo Album: Concerns with Garage and Floors of Home, Bedford, NH
A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, recently purchased their home a couple of months ago. The homeowners had concerns with the floors in their home and cracks in the foundation wall and floor in their garage. They would like to have these resolved before a bigger problem comes of it. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Victor recommended installing some SmartJacks to address the floor issues and then Geolocks and Crack Injection to address the issues in the garage.
Our production team installed 3 SmartJacks into the storage area off of the garage to add support to the floor system above. Next, they installed 5 Geolocks to the foundation wall in the garage to manage the stress on the foundation wall from the soil from the front yard. After, they sealed the cracks in the garage using crack injection.
All of the concerns of the homeowners were addressed by EFS and our team to restore confidence in their home.
