Photo Album: Sloping Floors in 1940s Home, Methuen, MA

A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, purchased their 1940s home in 2021. When they purchased the home they immediately noticed the floors were sloping. Over a year later the homeowner feels that the sloping had gotten worse. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Liam recommended installing SmartJacks in the basement to add support to the floor's system and eliminate the sloping.  Our production team installed 13 SmartJacks in the basement. The SJs will replace the old supports in the basement and eliminate the sloping in the floors.
