Photo Album: Radon Mitigation System Installation, Bedford, NH
A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire purchased their home about 6 months ago. They have become worried about radon in their home. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system in their basement to lower the radon levels to more comfortable levels.
Our production team first made an extraction point in the basement slab to collect radon from beneath the home. The team then used PVC pipe from the extraction point to the fan to bring the radon-filled air to the exterior of the home.
