A homeowner in Haverhill, Massachusetts, had purchased their home in mid-2021. Before the purchase was final the home was looked at by a home inspector. The inspector noticed temporary posts in their crawlspace and recommended finding a permanent solution. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended replacing the temporary post with SmartJacks. The specialist also recommended a sump pump in the crawlspace to ensure that it stays dry.
Our team replaced the temporary post with SmartJacks to fully support the floors above. After the SmartJacks, were installed the team then installed the TripleSafe in the lowest part of the crawlspace.
