Temporary Floor Supports
These floor supports were not rated to hold the weight above over long periods of time. Eventually the floors and beams were sagging. A more permanent solution was needed.
Stable Basement Columns
The SmartJacks are secured to the floor on large steel plates and encapsulated with new concrete to fully stabilize the system.
Failing Basement Support Columns
The basement columns were resting directly on the floor of the basement. Over time, the weight of the building pushed the columns down into the dirt and allowed the floors to sag.
