Photo Album: Floor System Lifted and Leveled, Franklin, NH

A homeowner in Franklin, New Hampshire, had recently purchased an early 1900s home 6 months ago. Some of the floors in the home were sagging and needed to be lifted and leveled. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into the crawlspace to lift and level the floors. Our production team entered the crawlspace of the home, which was between 2'-3-1/2' feet tall. The crew set up our SmartJacks with big plates so they could support the floor above. The team used supplemental beams to bridge the gap between floor joists and to make sure the floor was lifted up as a whole. The SmartJacks were fitted with an adjustable top which allowed us to lift up the floor at any point.
