A homeowner in Hudson, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for 22 years and over time they have noticed some changes in their garage. The homeowner had seen some cracks and sunken sections of concrete and decided it was time to call someone in to fix the problem. Our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel to fill any void underneath the slab.
Our production team began by drilling portholes into the slab. They then used our PolyLevel rig to inject poly through the portholes. The team injected enough poly under the slab to fill the void and stabilize it. After the team filled the void under the entire slab they covered all of the portholes with concrete.
