Photo Album: Garage Floor Sinking and Cracking, Boxborough, MA
A homeowner in Boxborough, Massachusetts, had lived in their new home for the past 3 months. Over that short time, the homeowners have been parking their vehicles in their garage and feel like the garage was sinking and cracking. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel, NexusPro, FlexiSpan, and Crack Injection into the garage to protect against further cracking and sinking.
Our production team began by making portholes in the garage slab so they could inject PolyLevel under the slab to fill the void. After the void was filled underneath the concrete, the team then use NexusPro to seal the cracks in the slab. After the team sealed the cracks with NexusPro, they moved on to sealing the cracks on the walls of the garage. The team used Crack Injection to seal one of the cracks and then used FlexiSpan to seal the other crack.
