Photo Album: Replacing Old Sump and IceGuard, Beverly, MA

A homeowner in Beverly, Massachusetts, had a perimeter drainage system, sump pump, and IceGuard installed in their home a few years ago. The perimeter drainage system had clogged and allowed water to enter their basement. The homeowner would like this problem to be solved before they finish their basement. Our design specialist recommended replacing the sump pump and IceGuard and then cleaning out the perimeter drainage system.  Our production team started by removing the old sump pump and IceGuard from the basement and the exterior of the home. After they were removed the team began installing a New TripleSafe sump pump and a new IceGuard system. The team fed the new drainage line from the TripleSafe to the IceGuard. After the drainage line was installed and connected to everything the team started to clean out the perimeter drainage system. The team washed all of the sediment that had built up in the perimeter drainage system to make sure it will work properly. After the perimeter drainage system was flushed out the team connected it to the TripleSafe and tested it to see if everything worked.  The homeowner was happy that they no longer have to worry about water entering their basement. They can now finish their basement without worry that it would be worried about water entering the basement.
