Photo Album: Water Was Coming Through Cinder Block Foundation, Nashua, NH
A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had water coming into their basement. The homeowner was planning on selling their home in the next couple of years so they were repairing things around the home to add value to the property. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system into the basement with CleanSpace, and PowerBraces on the front-facing foundation wall.
Our production team began by installing CleanSpace over the walls in the basement. The team started at the top of the wall and worked their way down effectively install the CleanSpace. Next, the team installed the PowerBraces on the front-facing foundation wall. After the team stabilized the wall with PowerBraces, they began installing the perimeter drainage system. The team installed WaterGuard on three walls of the basement, then the team had to install corrugated pipe and catus board on the wall with the PowerBraces. After the team installed the perimeter drainage system, the team mixed concrete and covered the system to make it more discrete.
