Photo Album: Detached Garage in Condo Association Had Cracking and Sinking Concrete, Hampton, NH

A condo association in Hampton, New Hampshire, had detached garages that tenants used to keep their cars in. The tenants had brought to the attention of the condo association that the garages had sunk and cracked over the years. The condo association called EFS and our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the concrete in the garages.  Our production team began by creating portholes where they can inject PolyLevel below the slab. The team injected PolyLevel into each porthole and lifted the slab until it was leveled. After the slab was leveled the team used NexusPro to seal all of the cracks in the slab. The team sealed almost 60' of cracks in the garage until the garage was fully sealed.
