Photo Album: Water Entering Basement Periodically, Salem, NH
A homeowner in Salem, New Hampshire, had water periodically coming into their basement and leaving water on the floor. A friend of the homeowner recommended having Erickson Foundation Solutions look at the concerns in their basement. The homeowners called EFS and our design specialist recommended installing WaterGuard and a TripleSafe in their basement to prevent water from entering their basement.
Our production team began by chipping out over 100' of concrete along the base of the foundation wall. Once the perimeter is chipped the team installed the WaterGuard at the base of the wall and guided it toward the sump pump basin. Next, the team installed TripleSafe into the basin and linked the WaterGuard and sump so the water will travel down the perimeter drain into the sump pump. Once everything is connected the team lastly covered the WaterGuard and sump pump basin with concrete to conceal them.
