Photo Album: Cracked Concrete in Garage, Contoocook, NH

A homeowner in Contoocook, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for the past 10 years. Since they moved in they noticed the concrete in their garage cracking. The homeowners wanted to remodel their garage but wanted to repair the cracks in their garage first. When they reached out to some contractors in the area, the contractors said they couldn't fix the concrete in the garage. After a couple of failed attempts of securing a contractor to repair their concrete, the homeowners reached out to EFS. EFS met with the homeowner and recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the slab.  Our production team started by drilling port holes into the concrete. The team then used those port holes to inject PolyLevel under the slab to lift it. The team used short bursts of Poly to precisely lift and level the concrete. After the team successfully lifted and leveled the concrete, they then used NexusPro to seal all of the cracks in the slab.  The homeowner was very pleased that they didn't have to replace the whole slab in their garage. Now they can remodel their garage.
