A homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts, had the slabs from their front patio start to settle over the years. The slab had sunk so much over the years that the homeowner had to place concrete pavers on top of the sinking slab. Our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel under the sinking slabs.
Our PolyLevel team started by removing the concrete pavers from the slab. They then drilled port holes in a grid pattern to be able to lift the slab under control. The team used short bursts of PolyLevel to slowly lift the slab. Once all of the slabs were leveled the team mixed some universal concrete and covered all of the port holes with universal concrete.
