Photo Album: Porch is Sinking More Every Year, Londonderry, NH
This homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire, had a porch that needed to be jacked up every year. The supports of the porch continued to sink more every year. At the end of the porch, the homeowner had a pool surrounded by a concrete pool deck. The homeowner noticed that the pool deck had a considerable amount of void under the pool deck. Our design specialist recommended installing EZ Posts under the porch and filling the void under the pool deck with PolyLevel.
Our production team started by installing 5 EZ Posts under the porch. The team used a hydraulic press to twist the EZ Post into the ground until sufficient pressure is achieved. After the EZ Post was installed, the team attached them to the porch to stop it from sinking. Once the EZ Posts were fully installed, the team began free spraying PolyLevel underneath the pool deck. The homeowners were happy that they no longer have to do the yearly lifting of their porch.
