A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had sunken and cracked concrete in their garage. The homeowner has been living in the home for the past 45 years and they noticed about 10 years ago that the garage started to sink and crack. Over the next 10 years, the cracks had gotten bigger and the concrete had sunken more. The homeowners are planning on selling the home soon, so they can move to a warmer climate. Our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro under the slab in the garage to fill the void and lift the slab.
Our Poly crew injected PolyLevel under the garage slab to first fill the void, then to lift and level the concrete. The team used PolyLevel to slowly lift the back to level. Once the team leveled the slab they sealed all of the cracks in the garage.
