This homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, had mud and water entering their basement. After a significant rainstorm, they noticed the water and mud was coming down the step from the bulkhead and settling on the floor in the basement. The homeowners split time in New Hampshire and Florida so they go down south in the winter. With the water entering the basement, the homeowner wanted to make sure water doesn't enter and stay in the basement when they are in Florida. Our design specialist recommended installing a TripleSafe, 3' of WaterGuard, and 3' of TrenchGuard into the basement near the bulkhead door.
Our waterproofing team began by chipping out 6' concrete to hold TrenchGuard and WaterGuard. The team installed the TripleSafe in the closest corner to the bulkhead door. The team had chipped out concrete and set the sump into a deep hole to allow water to collect in the basin. The team installed the drainage line so that water can be pushed out of the home. The TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and TrenchGuard were all linked together to collect any water that entered from the bulkhead.
The homeowner was relieved that they didn't have to worry about water collecting in their New Hampshire home's basement while they are in Florida.

The bulkhead was leaking and water and mud were collecting on the floor. To the left of the door is where the TripleSafe was installed.
Before Sump Pump
The sump pump will be installed in the corner of the basement closest to the bulkhead door.
Bottom of the Bulkhead Steps
Water and Mud had been coming down the bulkhead steps and collecting at the bottom of the stairs.
WaterGuard/ TrenchLock
The team installed 3' of WaterGuard and 3' of TrenchLock around the bulkhead door.
Triple Safe Installed
The team installed the TripleSafe to the left of the bulkhead door to push any water collected from the WaterGuard/TrenchLock out of the basement.
