Photo Album: Concrete Needed to be Repaired in Warehouse, Merrimack, NH
A warehouse in Merrimack, New Hampshire, had cracked concrete that needed to be repaired. The warehouse manager would also like to address some areas that have sunk slightly. Our design specialist Michael B. walked through the warehouse with the manager and recommended replacing old cracked concrete, lifting sunken sections of concrete with PolyLevel, and sealing cracks in the warehouse with NexusPro.
Our production team led by Tyler started by chipping out the cracked section of concrete. Once the concrete was removed, the team inserted the rebar to add strength and then poured the new concrete on top of the rebar. While the concrete was curing the team used PolyLevel to fill the void under the slight sunken areas of concrete that the manager had shown the design specialist. After all of the voids were filled the team sealed all of the cracks around the warehouse using NexusPro. The manager was pleased with the concrete work done at the warehouse.

Old Concrete Removed and Rebar Installed
The team used jackhammers to chip out the old concrete and then installed the rebar to add support to the concrete that is going to be poured over the rebar.
New Concrete is Poured
The team poured the new concrete and let it cure.

Our team chipped out the old concrete to then pour new concrete in its place, injected PolyLevel to fill the void, and used NexusPro to seal the cracks.
