A home in Andover, Massachusetts, had a retaining wall in the backyard that was leaning. The homeowner wanted to have the wall straightened. Our design specialist recommended installing Geolocks on the retaining wall to straighten the wall.
Our production team started by digging a trench 10' away from the retaining wall. The team then drilled a small hole in the retaining wall and sent a rod through the hole and into the trench using an impact gun. The team then attached the Geolocks plates to both ends of the rod. Then they used a drill to tighten the plates to straighten the wall. After the wall is straightened the team backfills the trench.
