A homeowner in Somerville, Massachusetts, had purchased a 1900s home a couple of months ago and planned on renovating the house. The owners would like to start with the main floors of the home. The floors are sagging and they wanted to correct them before they begin any other renovations on that level. Our design specialist recommended replacing the supports in the basement with new Lally Columns and a SmartJack.
