Photo Album: Sagging Floors in Old Farmhouse, Pembroke, NH
A homeowner in Pembroke, New Hampshire, lives in an 1860s farmhouse. Since 2005, when the current homeowners moved in, they noticed the floors of the main level are sagging. Our design specialist looked at the supports and beams in the basement and recommended installing SmartJacks.
The team removed the old posts and installed the new permanent supports in the basement.
