Photo Album: Reoccurring Foundation Issues, Nashua, NH

A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, has lived in her home since 1971. She had noticed some foundation cracks in her foundation in the early 2000s. She had a company come and installed helical piers in 2005. Just over 15 years later the home was cracking and sinking again. Since the company that initially installed the helical piers is no longer in business, the homeowner reached out to EFS for assistance with her foundation. Our design specialist examined the home and recommended using our Helical Piers to stabilize the foundation.  Our production team installed 8 Helical Piers on the foundation of the home. The team stabilized the foundation with the Helical Piers and then sealed the crack with NexusPro.
