This homeowner in Newfields, New Hampshire had been experiencing sagging floors on the main level of their home. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa examined the floors and supports in the basement and recommended installing SmartJacks. Michael recommended installing the SmartJacks underneath the main support beam in the basement to lift and stabilize the main support beam.
The EFS crew led by Nick Carelli installed 3 SmartJacks under the support beam in the basement. They were able to eliminate the sagging in the beam and stabilize the floors in the main section of the home.
