Photo Album: Homeowner is Tired of Basement Flooding, Lowell, MA
A homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts, has been living in their home since 2001 and has experienced basement flooding many times. The water in the basement had caused damage to personal belongings and the homeowners were seeking a permanent solution.
Our design specialist found where the water entered the basement and recommended installing WaterGuard, TrenchLock, FloodRing, TripleSafe, IceGuard, and SaniDry to permanently keep water out of the basement. Any water is now contained and collected by the WaterGuard and TrenchLock, and guided to the TripleSafe and pumped out of the basement. The humidity in the basement will be controlled by the SaniDry. Too much humidity can cause the growth of mold spores and dry rot, which is never good for a home.
