This homeowner owns a mobile home in a mobile home community in Nashua, New Hampshire. A few years ago they noticed water coming from between their add-on and the main section of the mobile home. The homeowner called Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection of their home. A Design Specialist from EFS inspected the home. The Design Specialist thinks that the water is washing away some of the dirt under the home causing the foundation to start sinking. EFS recommended installing EZ Posts under the mobile home.

Add-on Is Sinking
The add-on had dirt being washed away by the water after rainstorms which caused the add-on to sink.
Concrete Supports Have Sunk
The Concrete Supports under the mobile home have sunk.
Old Supports Removed
The old supports are removed and the crew poured a new concrete footing.
New Support Installed
After the concrete had dried the team installed the new support onto the concrete footing.
EZ Post Installed
The crew installed EZ posts to stabilize the foundation further.
