Photo Album: Concrete Patio Needs Repair and Level, Nahant, MA
This homeowner in the small community of Nahant, Massachusetts has a concrete patio in the front of the home that needs to be repaired. The patio leads up to the home's front door and is sinking and cracking. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solution.
A Design Specialist inspected the front patio. After completing their inspection, the Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and CrackSeal on the front patio.
The PolyLevel Crew started with drilling 1/2" injection ports in a grid formation. The crew plans to lift the patio up a couple of inches. So the crew lifted up the patio and were able to eliminate the sinking section. After the whole patio was lifted to level the crew sealed the cracks with CrackSeal.
