Photo Album: Wall Bulging Significantly, Lawrence, MA

This homeowner in Lawrence, Massachusetts, has been living in their home for the past 6 months. Shortly after moving in, the homeowner noticed water coming through one of the foundation walls. The wall was bulging inward significantly so the homeowner called Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.  A Design Specialist inspected the home. The specialist measured the wall bulging inward 4". The Design Specialist recommended installing an auxiliary wall along the entire wall to stop the wall from leaning in.  The crew from EFS installed an Auxiliary Wall along the entire wall.
