This homeowner in Hampstead, New Hampshire, had foundation wall concerns in their home. The block foundation of the home is bowing and during the winter water comes into the basement through the bulkhead. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the home. During the inspection of the foundation wall, Michael quickly realized that the foundation wall is in stage 3 wall failure and needs to be repaired immediately. Michael recommended installing Geolocks to stabilize the wall and attempt to straighten the wall as much as possible. Michael also recommended installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard in the basement.
