This homeowner in Hampton Fall, New Hampshire, was experiencing high radon levels in their home. The radon levels in the home exceed 18 pCi/L. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solution for a radon inspection.
Design Specialist Ryan Flynn inspected the home. He recommended installing a radon mitigation system with two extraction points. The additional extraction point will help pull more radon out from under the home. Ryan also advised a small section of CleanSpace and Crack Seal to make sure radon can seep through the basement slab.
Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team installed a radon system in the basement with two extraction points, they also installed 24 sqft of CleanSpace and 8 ft of Crack Seal.
