This homeowner in Hooksett, New Hampshire has a walkway/front stoop that is cracked and sinking. The insurance company is requiring that the homeowners fix it because it is a safety hazard. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the walkway. Michael found cracks in the walkway and found that the sinking was occurring on the steps. Michael recommended sealing the cracks on the walkway and then using PolyLevel to lift the steps.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team repaired all of the cracks in the walkway and then used a combination of slab jacks and PolyLevel to lift the steps.
