This homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire has had some issues with the foundation walls. The homeowner's sister is a Realtor and has made it clear for them to repair the foundation walls. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez inspected the home. During his inspection, he found that 3 of the 4 walls are bowing at the center. The front, back, and left walls are bowing. Isaac recommended installing PowerBraces on the front and back walls and installing Geolocks on the left wall because of a sewer line in the way.
Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team install 8 PowerBraces on the front wall, 8 PowerBraces on the back wall, and 5 Geolocks on the left wall. With everything installed and tightened the wall is stabilized and will not bow anymore.
