This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts had a lot of moisture in their basement. The homeowner would like to guard against flooding in their basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist John Prince inspected the home and found two old sump pump holes that need to be closed. In addition to having the old sump pump holes closed, John recommended installing a new sump pump and WaterGuard around the basement.
Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump and WaterGuard into the basement.

Triple Safe Sump and Battery Backup
The basin is dug for the new sump pump and the pump is installed and then covered with rocks.
WaterGuard Installation
A trench is created and the WaterGuard is laid in the trench and then covered with concrete.
Concrete is Poured and Smoothed
The team pours concrete around the Triple Safe and over the WaterGuard.
